Paisabazaar - False commitments

A executive called me from paisabazar and told that i have some negative accounts and then can deal with the bank and give me some discount and that will not fall under the settlement. But the very next day the so called expert called me and told me sir you score is down and you have to pay clear the full amount then your score will be high . But when the sales executive called me and give me multiple false commitments.
*- We have good connections with bank we will deal with then and will come to you with a best deal and a weaver plan . Note( That is not a settlement as he told me)
*- You have multiple accounts and we will combine it to a single account and make emis of that. Note( That is not a settlement as he told me)
*- If you are not satisfied with out features then anytime you can call to customer care and refund back your subscription.( I have paid ₹**** for the subscription).
Now coming to the topic due to covid i lost my job and didn’t pay the emis on time that’s why i have multiple negative accounts in my cibil . And i know that if i go for settlement then it will hamper my cibili. That’s why I choose Paisabazaar credit plus service with **** rupees. But that is waste of money. Please don’t choose these services.
When the experts called me ( am not sure these are experts or simple sitting there to harassing the customers) and told me go and pay the emis and your credit score will going to increase.

Worst service ever I received.
False commitments.
Don’t know the ethics how to solve a problem.
Looking online for customers money by making them fools.
They don’t bother about you after you made the payment.
