Hello,
I'm Rachana Ramanand. I had booked a room on **th March **** at The Chancery Pavilion, Residency Road, Bangalore for **st March **** & *st April ****.I had made a request to give the room by **.** AM at your website. But now they are denying to give the room before *PM.
I have travelled a long way and now if they deny to give the room what is use of special request in your website.
And moreover I got to know about the check in timings after the payment only. If I had got it before then I would have tried some other hotel.
Now I'm on the road waiting for room. I need a room now or I need refund.
