Amazon - False promises for laptop specs

Hi Team,

I ordered this laptop via amazon from appario as seller which is "Dell ** Thin & Light Laptop, Intel Core i*-****U Processor/**GB DDR*/***GB SSD| B*BQJ*WR*R ( B*BQJ*WR*R ) HSN:********" and on amazon product specification page it is clearly mentioned under special features that customer will get backlit keyboard and fingerprint sensor as features, I saw amazon review page and found all customer are misleaded by amazon and appario about this false feature advertisement and they didnt get this when product is delivered so to confirm I contacted amazon before delivery about this concern and they assured me that you will get same product as promised and given me confirmation over mail.

Even after all this as expected i got laptop without all those features and amazon customer care is speechless they are saying after all time waste and fake promises that we can replace the product with same one.

so what about those fake advertisement this is really disgusting and misleading Kindly take strict action against these sellers and ecommerce platform amazon who is displaying all fake features and also giving promises to sell their product.
