Max Life Insurance - False promises and misleading information about the policy

Grievance and customer care executives from the company called me and spoke about the previous previous policy which mybmom and dad had whose term was for * years and we paid for * years and couldn't pay the one year remaining money of policy due to personal reasons and we collected the money what we got from my mom's and dad's policy * to * years after that max life insurance people called and told us that my parents sign has been orged by the insurance agents who introduced us to these policies later the max life insurance officer lady from Delhi office called and informed me and asked whether to raise an issue on this after this she told me to take up a policy and so that the money comes to my account which I didn't receive
