I Bought a Hp Laptop * week ago and yesterday a lot of problems started in it.
I contacted there WhatsApp support where the guy asked me to perform all the technical stuff which is supposed to be done by a technician but he denied to place me a technician even when the laptop is in warranty, with the things he asked me to do the condition gone even worse and then he asked me to get one more pc to solve the current issue which wasn't possible for me. When I asked for a denial letter that they can't help me he denied to provide me with it.
I called a number from your company many times and they always said that we are forwarding your call to the technical team but they never answered till the *th call and when I got on the call they said they'll refund me my money and take back the product but now when I contacted there support team they said that my case is for replacement and not refund! I don't want anything from your shitty company, I want a REFUND as they promised.
Also don't reply anything like we don't have a refund policy to this email.
I was promised a REFUND give me a REFUND or just provide me with a Denial letter that you guys can't help me and I'll do what I need to do.
