A short while ago, I purchased a premium subscription for INR ****.** to help facilitate my search for properties in Velachery, Chennai, particularly in the northern sector. Upon receiving a list of potential properties, however, I encountered a significant problem: none of the properties were accurately located.
To verify this, I personally visited the locations just two days ago and was disappointed to find that a whole day had been wasted due to this discrepancy. This has led to a considerable amount of frustration on my end, as the service I paid for did not deliver the accurate information I expected.
Considering this disappointing experience, I feel it's fair to request a full refund for the premium subscription. The service provided did not live up to my expectations and I believe it's crucial for customers to trust the information they receive.
I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and restore my faith in your services.
