Indigo flight *E *** (Guwahati to Jaipur )is a nonstop flight as shown during booking but during boarding, I came to know that it has one stop at Kolkata because many passengers of Kolkata were boarding. I asked the indigo employee in flight about this but no one gave a satisfactory answer. this disturbed me. I was harassed financially and mentally both because I opted for this only because this was a direct flight.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
