I have made a hotel booking for three days (**.**.** - **.**.**) at Digha in Hotel Surya Deep via yatra,com (booking reference number *************). But the hotel manager refused the booking and said they don't have any booking in Yatra or any online site so I was bound to pay again in cash for the same duration. I have attached the booking receipt done through yatra.com and the hotel bill cash receipt for your reference
I have already mailed several times to yatra.com for refund of Rs **** which was paid for the booking, But they replied they will resolve it within **-** hours. It is already ** days from the first day of complaint.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
