I had made a reservation in a hotel in Amsterdam using Goibibo, however when I reached there, I was told there was no booking made.I had paid the amount in full to Goibibo in advance. After calling them a thousand times on international roaming, I had to wait for * hours on the road with my luggage and my family to hear the stupidest resolution. They asked me to book another hotel, and they will only give me Rs**** as additional money. Trust me, in that differential, on the same day booking, no good hotel was available. I ended up in a shitty hotel with my family, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a booking website. With the shittiest costumer service. There is no compensation for all the trouble and pain I had to go through due to their employees' in-competencies. And the go-time promise, like seriously? do they even care about that? Such companies should close down asap. they have no regard for the customer and his time.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
