Confirmed Air Ticket made through ixigo on **.**.**, paid *****/- by UPI for travel date **.**.**
On dated **.**.** I tried to web chek in but I found bording pass only jaipur to delhi and ticket not showing from delhi to bagdogra. Then I contacted to Air india. Air India coustmor care told that my ticket delhi to bagdogra was not confirmed and also directed to contact ixigo for this problem.
After that at about * pm I contacted to ixigo. Ixigo told that after * hrs your problem will be resolved. After * hrs I again contacted ixigo, then again told after * hrs my problem will be resolved. After * hr I again contacted to ixigo, again told after ** minutes, my problem will be resolved. I again contacted after ** minutes then told our team is working on it and my problem not resolved yet. At about ** pm I got mail from ixigo that my travel schdule has been changed and you will be get refund only.
After that on **.**.** at about **** pm, I made new air tkt in Air india express from delhi to Bagdogra.
After this on **.**.** at about **** hrs, I departed from my home town sikar (Rajasthan) to jaipur airport for my journey jaipur to delhi. In route I checked online my tkt and found that my tkt jaipur to delhi was also not confirmed, before * am I got online bording pass from ixigo. I again contacted to ixigo and ixigo directed to cantact air india. I contacted to air india and air india told that you should contact ixigo. I understood that air india and ixigo was playing game with me.
After reaching airport I tried to get new air tkt from air india counter but at that time no tkt was available. I went to indigo counter and I got new air tkt from jaipur to delhi. Payment made ****/-
I paid total amount **, ***.** for new air tkt
I received refund **,***.** from ixigo
Total fare difference = **,*** - ***** = ****.**
amount not refunded = ***** -***** = ***.**
Total loss = **** + *** = ****.**
Sir i want my loss and compensation of mental harasment.
I am attaching:
- Confirmed Air Tkt made through ixigo on **.**.**
- Payment receipt
- Mail received from ixigo at about ** pm on **.**.**.
- Call logs for Air India and ixigo
- New air tkt in Air india express from delhi to Bagdogra.
- Indigo tkt, payment made ****.**
- Booking confirmation delhi to bagdogra on whatsapp from Air India.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
