Naaptol - False commitment of returning cash

I ordered Royal chef juicer from Naaptol and the senior who was talking to me told me to buy a solar lantern and mini cooler also. I told him that if I buy the product and if I don't like the product. Then he told me that they will return me my money in cash. Today (**th May ****) when I recieved the product, I was not happy with the product. I called up Naaptol told them that I want to return the product and I want my money back now the person who spoke to me is telling me that they don't have any such policy of returning money in cash. They will give me vouchers. This clearly proves that while placing the order these people commit customers anything just to sell their products. Later they trouble the customers like this. I want my money back. I don't want any vouchers from them as I don't want to deal which such fraud people in the future.
