Airtel DTH - False commitment given

Hi Team,

Broadband register number : ********** / ************_MH


On **th November I took connection from Airtel Sales Person Mr.Gitesh :(Mob-**********). He committed me that for *** Rent/month I will get Unlimited *** mbps plan . I did cross check *-* times with him that I can't see unlimited plan on *** in airtel site then he said that he have offline offer till Nov ** so believe him until I m using airtel connection I will get *** mbps unlimited on *** rent. so after believing him I took connection & paid rent for * Months ( Rs.**** ) . After paid bill I ask for Invoice but he said you just took print screen of payment & I asked to give me form regarding my plan so he said its online and he said hard copy they are not providing.

Now real story is started after installation I register broadband account on airtel App & there I found *** GB only for *** mbps so immediate I called to airtel customer care & they informed me that I will get *** GB only . I will not get unlimited *** mbps as per Gitesh commitment so I asked them to register my complaint regarding false commitment by Airtel Sales team. I told them all story and according to that they have register complaint Req No-*********. They told me that issue will be fixed in * working days. Today * days over still no resolution by Airtel so I m writing this mail..


Now at a time of take new connection Gitesh commitment I didn't record because I had trust on big company like Airtel. I thought that for new connection there will be offer what gitesh commitment .

But after installation when I configure my broadband account on I seen *** GB instead of unlimited I totally shocked so I got to know that just to complete his target he gave me false commitment & give me connection so I called to gitesh & record calls on which you can clearly hear that he said without any cap I will get unlimited data on *** Mbps speed & in my account too it will reflect in * days but after * days its not reflected as it was fraud/false commitment .

Now if you are not going to give me Unlimited data with *** mbps on *** rent ( ****- * months) until I keep airtel connection which was commitment by Gitesh then please uninstall my connection & refund me immediately.

Please don't drag this complaint for many days as its clear case of false commitment by Airtel salesman to achieve his target.

Today evening I don't remember name of madam she calle me and very sad resolution by Airtel team for my complaint.

Backend team called me and she said I am not going to get Unlimited data as per salesman wrong commitment. She said she have whatsapp images of ** Oct on which Gitesh clearly said that unlimited data will be in *** Rs. extra.
I told her manytimes that its ** days old record whatever she has and thattime he said offer was not there and this was reason I didn't took connection on Oct **th. I got connection on ** Nov because Gitesh have committed that its pure verbally( *** Rs. will get unlimited for which I mentioned all details on mail). As mentioned in previous mail purely I given audio too on which its clearly u can heard that whatever I written its committed by ur sales person.

Now Airtel being this much big company if your sales team selling connection by telling lie like offline offer is there it will not show on airtel site then who will trust on Airtel.

After given proof too madam was saying that airtel not gonna to give unlimited data as per sales person commitment.

They decided this on based on whatsapp msg of Oct ** which is ** days old on day which I took connection.

So here purely unjustified by airtel team not seeing customer current mail with audio proof but seeing old record of whatsapp.

Now final conclusion given by madam on call that on **th Nov I had conversation with below airtel persons (Deepak ,Kishan , Shivam, Rudra ) on which we had conversation that airtel was offering me *** GB as part of false commitment but I told that I want unlimited data and let airtel investigate it. but today backend team gave very wrong solution so I told madam that if you are not going to give unlimited data as per salesman commitment thn please give me *** GB as per Airtel executive offered on **th Nov. I don't remember name but its may be Deepak, Kishan, Shivam, Rudra etc.)

So please credit *** GB data which will be carrying fwd * months until get over .


If you don't want to give anything like unlimited data as per salesman false commitment or ***GB as per Airtel executive offer against this complaint then kindly cancel my connection and refund me whole money.
