NO BROKER COM - False commitment given and now they are not refunding nor giving service

I had to sell my land urgently due to financial issues. I had updated my details in nobroker website. The customer executive suggested me a plan, they said that they have very good database with NRIs and other big people. We can sell the land. I clearly said them before even buying the plan that the property is very old and we have added the value of the land only and i need the cash urgently hence selling the land. They said no problem we will take care. Once i purchased the plan, one relationship manager was assigned to me and he uploaded photos on my behalf and that's it. He asked me not to call him again and again l, he will call me once in * days and update me. Since then it's the same, once in a week I get a report with few names saying they rejected the property. When I call and ask they say we are working on it and that's it .this plan has a validity of * months and they are not providing me the service for which they and taken the amount. They are big time frauds. Now when I am raising a complaint to their manager, they said they can't do anything about it. The person who had sold the plan is not ready to come on call at all
