Hdfc Life Insurance - False commitment by the agent

The policy issued after a short medical questionnaire for the addition of critical illness rider on my policy. As I required the critical illness rider in the policy and for that, I have purchased Hdfc classic assure Plus policy. But Hdfc life representatives has not added it and now the entire team is lingering me for the same. They have committed that free look in period is ** days because the policy was online but later they have changed it to the agent-based without informing me and due to that during the free look in period I was unable to take my policy because Hdfc service team told me that your free look in the period was over. Also informed the same to Hdfc life team but since last * month they were spoiling my time & money and no one is helping me out from this situation. I have mentioned the Hdfc life complaint no. for your reference HDFCSL=***-***-*** & HDFCSL=***-***-***. Also, I have escalated the concern to the irdai but no positive response comes from them as well. Kindly suggest how can I get my money return, also now I required irdai or some other regulatory intervention on it who can help me to out to recover my loss around **k+, by the policy cancellation and full payment refund from Hdfc.
