I had to shift my connection to new place,they said they will install the connection in * days of I made online renewal, since I made the renewal the sales representative stopped picking my call and the customer service is pathetic, I call their everyday n each they say they will insta the next day. Coz of them I missed my important meeting and it costed me alot.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
