Quikr - False Claims

I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from QUIKR I am Garvit Madaan, from Peenaz Beauty Spot, Rohtak.
I was looking for a *-* hairstylist, so I found about quikr jobs on the internet. I also bought one of the packs which I found useful at that time but did not find any worth. After that pack was over, one of their sales executive guys called me and told me about Gold Ad Pack in which people from different places looking for jobs will contact me, I was still not interested, but somehow he convinced me to try. I paid **** through citrus pay, when I asked him to send me a link from the quikr website so that I could continue my payment through the website to payment portal checking my plan, he told me that there's no link and this ad pack is customised for me. When I came to know that this ad pack works the other way, that I have to put my ad on which people will reply, and this ad pack contains * Ad Sets which were not needed by me, as my demand was very small which could be completed by even one ad set. I felt defraud and when I tried to explain the matter to the Customer Service, they did not listen to me and told me to just post the ad, which I was not interested in. Also, I have received almost **-** calls in which they ask me the same question, again and again, there was no coordination in them about the matter. Somedays I even got * calls asking me the same question (why am i not using the pack).
I have asked them to send me the contact information of the department who handles complaints to which I either got hung up on the call or was not replied properly.
I do not need to say anything further. I have been hurt by their service. I have wasted a month with their pathetic service.
