Dunzo - False charging for non delivered item

On ** Oct ****, I ordered a few items which included coffee. Post placing the order the dunzo delivery boy shared the image of the item in which he picked a coffee bottle of around ***, as it was costly I asked him to cancel it and deliver rest of item. He did the same. At that time dunzo use to deliver take the payment online.
Post delivery I was charged for the *** Rs coffee that I have not even received. I have complained this to dunzo customer support n number of time but they are forcing me to pay **** for *** Rs received items. I have shared the price of screenshots but still, no action taken. I want to charge complain against them for flat charging and wasting my time.
