Vodafone Idea - False balance deduction and refund rejected

Rs.*** was deducted twice from the main balance, first on **th April and second on **th April although unlimited calling and data pack was active with almost *.** GB unutilized data balance. On raising a complaint with the customer we were told that there was no data pack and hence balance was deducted. But as per the screenshot, there was data balance of *.** GB. The customer support is coming up with new excuses every time and have no justification to the screenshot and are denying the refund.
