Connect Broadband - False accusations and harassment

I paid my broadband bill for * months and I asked them to cancel my subscription. Again after two months, they started asking me for the rents for the connection that I didn't use. While talking to them on the phone I specifically asked them to cut my connection but they're still harassing me to pay the dues.
