I paid **** for wifi connection. But due to speed issues i did not get it installed and told them to pay the money back. Then they said that i will receive my money back within **-** days. Now it's been a month and i tried to talk to them and are continuously saying that they will contact me within sometime and then they dont contact me. When i'm trying to call them, my calls are not being picked up. I have all the call recording and screenshots regarding this matter
