I got connect WI-FI ID-WIFI****** and approx * months back they withdraw their services from our service area so I applied for disconnection which was successfully executed and submitted the company assets @AMRITSAR CONNECT BROADBAND OFFICE. My last bill was ***/- but since I had paid ****/- instead. Connect receptionist committed after * months of that I will get my overpaid amount via cheque. Now If I call to their office to know my due payment status they being so rude, weird, non-cooperating, hanging up phone before me neither giving any SPOC details to address my grievances. Its pathetic way of harassment and none is taking me through any fix
