I have listed my property for renting it out on magicbricks.com and bought the gold package which mentioned on their website showed following benefits will be provided

But Now they are saying They can’t provide you photoshoot due to Covid. Then why They included photoshoot in the servise list? i requested them to either provide me all the benefits committed while making payment or else refund my money, now they are declining to refund my payment.
