Travolook - Fake website for flight ticket booking

The case goes like this: I tried booking the air tickets from Mumbai to Nagpur on **th July through their site at Travolook. The first time the money got dedicated but the ticket was not generated. I thought its a session timeout issue, so the money will be credited back in some time. The second time the status was booking in progress and imminently I got a call from a lady, she said the booking is canceled and all the money will be refunded soon and she hanged up the phone within no time. No money is credited back.
