Rare Rabbit - Fake return pickup attempts Refund not done

Their website allows for free returns. After delivery, I was not happy with the product. So, I requested a return and refund. No one came to pickup for return and I got a call that I cancelled the pickup request! So weird! Again, after few days, I got an IVR call that my pickup request is cancelled when I did nothing. I am available at home all day and my phone is always answered. They keep on making fake return pickup attempts and blame courier company. They haven't refunded me yet. I follow up with their team via calls and emails regularly. I don't care if brand doesnt want to pickup their returns. I need my refund!
