Hi Team,
I am using online order frequently and these days a couple of companies are using Delhivery as their logistics partner, but I feel the FE are not serving upto the mark in our region. I placed a order through Eiwa honey last week AWB : ************ which reached the hub on estimated date but the FE gave remarks as consignee not available and it got delivered after three days with escalation from my and Eiwa honey side. Right now from Nykaa it reached hub on time AWB : ************** but the Field executive just gave a ring and when I picked the call he ended it and updated consignee not available I tried reaching him multiple times but he didn’t pick the call and I got an IVR call stating I am not available.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
