Hi Team
Recently i have subscribed for No broker tenant plan with **** INR(including GST).
The plan is mentioned below:
*.Subscriber can get ** owner contacts
*. * months validity
But after subscribing,Almost every contact and every property I took from nobroker app is fake in something.
Almost more than half owner contacts are not even availble over phone,they are either not reachable or going directly to voice mail.
And some properties are not even half the size as they mentioned in website.
Eg..If they mention *** sqft size *bhk,portion is not even half the size of mentioned size.
Few are located far from the location they mentioned in website.
Few properties are with fake photos and fake owners and they don't even bother to show us the property unless we pay them certain amount.
I have reported few properties already through Nobroker but no action is taken for that from.their side and I'm very disappointed to see this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
