Harshita Gupta filed complaint against Samsung on Aug 19, 2020
I ordered Samsung Level U from Myntra on July ** ****. I received the fake product and filed a cmplaint immediately on myntra. They asked me to visit the samsung store and get the device checked. After informing the same to myntra that samsung has claimed it to be fake, I am not getting and reply or calls from myntra for return or exchange the product. Myntra is just delaying my request by saying we will call you in **Hr etc etc. Samsung claimed that levelU is made in Vietnam and what i have received is made In China.
On the back side of the product, the sticker states that it is made in Vietnam but on the original packaging it is boldly written made in China. No supportive documents and manuals were there not even it slightly look like the original product. Myntra is fake. They are not ready to help on this.
