I ordered for a soft silk saree from the website called Craze & demand on Facebook. I received the package on ** September **** and it was a total disaster as it was nothing like it looked in the picture showed in their website. The website said they have a return policy within * working days but when tried calling nobody is responding and even in the website there is no option to raise a return request. The material is nothing like it looked in the picture and it is not soft silk. It is highly dissapointing as the product is not worth the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
