I ordered an HP Laserjet Printer from Amazon on **th Sept. On **th Sept, a fake old Canon printer was delivered in the box. I immediately called customer care. On **th Sept - Consumer care said, they will start an investigation and will let me know the status in *-* days. *nd Oct - Consumer care promised to replace the item within the next day. *rd Oct - Nobody came. I tried to call the delivery agent the entire day, but he didn't pick the call. Then at night **:** PM, the replacement status was changed to delivered. I immediately called customer care. *rd Oct - Customer care said they will start the investigation and will let know in * days. *th Oct - They promised that someone will come and pick the old product. Afterward, they will refund the amount. *th Oct - Nobody came. Called customer care. They again said, they will start the investigation and send someone in **hours. *th Oct - Again Nobody came. Called customer care. They again said, they will start the investigation and send someone in **hours. *th Oct - Again Nobody came. Called customer care. They said, they will again start investigation and let know by ** - Oct. ** Oct - Same replay from customer care. On **th Oct finally, one guy came to the house. But he bluntly refused to take the item back and left. Again called customer care, they again have the same response.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
