I had ordered a product and they had said it would be ***% same but they didn’t keep their promise.. I asked them fr refund fr which they said there will be exchange.. n I would have to send the product by courier and get a new product in return and both the shipping charges I have to bear and I agreed to it because I had no other way.. when they were at fault because they didn’t keep their promise.. I sent the product I received back to them.. now they sent me a few products to choose from.. I chose a few and asked them to video call me to which they are replying after ages and they say it’s available and the next time I ask them to do video call they say it’s not available.. m a doctor n I don’t have time for al these fares and they are not wasting my precious time n their Shavuot is not to the standard and quite unethical..
