I have received laptop battery for Lenovo laptop but the issue is after installing the battery I'm receiving a prompt stating GENUINE LENOVO BATTERY NOT ATTACHED, hence can't charge this is the message prompt after installing the battery. I have emailed to lapalfa customer service but no response from the seller till date.
The old original battery is L**L*Y**.
Please do the needful

It's fraud. They will not deliver you the correct item as mentioned on the website.
