Sanfe - Fake product

I would like to file a complaint against Sanfe regarding a misleading and possibly fake tan removal product purchased by me.

I ordered a tan removal product from the company expecting genuine skincare results. However, after using the product, I noticed that while scrubbing, a black substance starts coming out from the skin. It appears to be artificial residue or dirt-like material created by the product itself, giving a false impression that tan or dead skin is being removed.

The product quality seems suspicious and misleading. I believe customers are being deceived through false claims and ineffective ingredients. This has caused disappointment and loss of trust, and I am concerned about the safety and authenticity of the product.

I request the concerned authority to:

* Investigate the product quality and authenticity.
* Take appropriate action against misleading marketing and sale of fake products.
* Help me obtain a refund/replacement and protect consumers from such practices.
