Ecom Express private limited - Fake order delivered

I got a parcel delivered to my house. I thought it was ordered by my sister and maybe she forgot to tell me about. So i collected and it was COD so I made the payment through google pay. When I asked my sister about the same parcel I got to know that she didn't order nor did I. So the whole point was who ordered it and that too on the our address. When I googled the situation I got to know that such fake orders are happening. Now I don't know how to reach them and get back my money Please help me. PLEASE it's a request.
