Justdial Ltd - Fake Leads

I had bought Lead program from justdial with **k for my business ** Suvidha Kendra. The plan explained to me was I will be getting contact details of person who is in requirements of my services and just dial will be charging me for every relevant lead ** rupees, that will be subtracted from my **k balance.
Since last two months I am getting daily **-** leads but all are fake and job leads. When I contacted justdial, executive asked me to mark lead as irrelevant lead so I will be getting refund of the money to my balance.. since then I must mark leads irrelevant within ** hours in to there app other wise will not be getting refund of the money.. (Ther are taking advantage of the negligence and busyness) Now since last * Days they have removed the option to mark leads as irrelevant and daily I am getting ** irrelevant leads which cost me *** a day. I contacted justdial for this on first day when I was unable to mark leads as irrelevant. There reply was the server is down and executive will call me back. I never received call back from the team. Since then I call them several times but getting similar answer that cansern team or server is not available will call you back. I request them until the server or team is available stop my lead program they accept my request but still I am getting leads and the money is dedicated every day.

Firstly I have Wested my money and then wested time calling irrelevant leads and now westing time to call justdial for getting this correct.. west of everything..Time.Money and energy..
