Hope your day is going well but after reading this mail, it may not.
I am raising this as a serious complaint against your service.
I had provided all the information regarding the luggage that need to be shifted and it is your responsibility to state how many labours you require.
You told me on the call that you would send * labors but you sent only * and on the day of shifting, you were questioning me about how * labors can move the cupboard to *th floor and then you started arguing about the extra charges. However it was already told to you the previous day while accepting the order that it's your call to involve relevant number of labors.
And while my luggage was outside of my house for * hours and Khan from your team wasted my couple of hours just to argue about the extra charge.
I am attaching the call recording herewith for your reference wherein the amount decided was **** rs. and on the day of movement, Khan was arguing for **** rs. Is this how you treat the customers? Are you fond of wasting customer's time on the day of movement?
You might be thinking that "if we offer less rate then we will get the booking easily and on the day of movement, we will argue for extra money and customer will end up paying that having no other options to them."
If you were on this plan then you clashed with wrong customer and I want my refund of booking amount.
