I booked room at Blue stone and the facilities mentioned in the goibibo app is nothing available at the hotel and the room provided was very small but I paid **** for that room.
Goibibo has mentioned facilities like Balcony, In room dining, House Keeping, Laundry etcetc but non of the facilities the hotel is having. I really got fooled by goibibo.
I want goibibo to provide me with the immediate resolution
