The company is a logistic company i am an individual seller just put my foot in cod i have sent cod parcel through them, there are two parcel case in which i bear mental harrasment from them
*. In this case i've sent a display to customer, the customer refuses to recieve the parcel due to some reason so it became in RTO(Return to Origin) status after * days it came back to my city & finally on **th may at around *:** pm the status changed to return accepted but i have not recieved the parcel till yet, it's been * days almost they send and return the parcel through Delhivery surface and the tracking number is AWB : **************

Now coming to the second case in this i've sent a parcel to a customer who is in need of recieving the parcel too much, it was **th may when the parcel was picked up and the delivery date was **th may but on **th may at *:** the parcel became stuck in chandausi, i'ver raised a complaint through on call to customer care the'ye raised the ticket but no action has been taken and ask me to wait for ** hour so **th pass and **th came, till then no action has been taken the parcel was still stuck in same chandausi almost **km from buyer's location, on **th i call multiple times but the answer was we are doing this on priority and blah blah the parcel was not even delivered on **thof may on the other hand customer is calling me again & again because he wants it in hurry i'vealso told them to deliver the parcel before the end of **th , because the customer has to travel out of station after that in all this **th also and today **st may came i, ve again call them and tell them if the pacel will not be delivered today you have to pay every charge because it is your mistake, due to which everything is happening, at *:** am the status changed to out of delivery i've informed the customer and tell him to wait but even till *:**pm no call has been arrived to customer and at *:** pm the status automatically changed to undelivered, i've call them and shout at them for what they done so they transfer my call to senior desk, during call i was also checking app constantly, and then the shit miracles happen and at *:** pm the status changed to RTO initiated and they've deducted RTO charges from my account, during the call customer call has arrived so i've picked it and create a conference call, customer also yelled at them , i want full value for both of my shipment and want compensation for mentally harrasing me. I am a startup guy and can't bear so much loss of my time my health & my money due to this company i am harrased enough please do justice now.
