Today I am shocked when checked my cibil score on G pay that it dropped down due to fake credit card account of axis Bank that I have never opened and not used, still not knowing about this before.

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
