I made a transaction of Rs **,*** on swiss tour in may ****. The transaction was failed and the same was confirmed by the merchant. I immediately reported the same with the necessary documents but after * month i got a temporary credit. Every time, I enquired about the dispute they told me it is under process. After getting the frustration, i decided for the closure of the card, then it came into my notice that this dispute was not resolved. I submitted the document on **/**/**** and got the complain number again the dispute was closed on **/**/****. I have been harassed by the bank for the past * months and after submitting the document various time. They did not bother to inform me or consult me before the closure of that dispute. Now they have charged me for Rs **,*** as told by their customer care executive.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
