I am a ** years old heart patient living in Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu and I have ordered life support tablets by name Ticagrelor ** mg. I have to consume this tablet in the morning ant in the night failing which the doctor has told that I will get blood clots and I may die. On Thursday, February *, ****, **:**:** PM, I received a mail confirming my order as follows

On Friday, February *, ****, **:**:** PM I received a call from the courier company informing me that they will not deliver at my place. This is the second time such nonsense is happening. Already I have lodged a complaint in this regard about * or * months back. I sent a mail to Netmeds informing the same and asking them to deliver the product to me. My office is in a very prominent place and within ** kilometers from the courier company.
On Monday, February **, **** I received a SMS in my phone stating that my request for return for order number ***************** has been accepted. I sent a mail to netmeds stating that I have nto requested for returning the product and requesting them to deliver but there is no response from netmeds. I had to purchase tablets at a higher cost from Chennai by travelling all the way to Chennai. I had to spend Rs **** to engage a driver and for fuel. I have been subjected to great mental strain and stress since the tablets were not delivered on time and I had to rush to Chennai to purchase the same. I have valued the stress and strain at Rs **,**,***.
I request you to take appropriate action against netmeds.
