Sanjay Kulkarni filed complaint against Just Dial on May 17, 2021
On **th jan **** purchased "Guaranteed Leads / Calls / Transactions package from JUST DIAL by paying Rs. **,***/- It was promised by JUST DIAL, that in case of fake leads / calls, the amount deducted will be credited back to my account with Just Dial and the same will be displayed in online passbook. However, suddenly after couple of months, JUST DIAL withdrew the facility of passbook and no credit is given for fake leads / calls. The fact has been communicated over telephone, through RM for number of times, but no action by JUST DIAL. This act is Failure of Commitment by JUST DIAL. I request to refund Rs. **,***/- paId to JUST DIAL immediately.
