IDFC first bank - Failed transaction amount not credited
NEHA filed complaint against IDFC first bank on Dec 26, 2022
I had made a transaction of INR **,**,***.** on **/**/**** **:**:** from my IDFC FIRST A/C XXXXXXX**** to angel broking which was failed and amount got debited from my account, however the amount is not credited back till today i.e * days of transaction. Since i need to give this amount to an my demat account were in i am being charged @**%/annum and i have browed from an OD account which is being charged @ **%/annum.
So we request to get the money back along with penalty.
