I purchase * pair shoes from Amazon on **/**/**** amount ***** and amazon cancelled * shoes amount ***** and they said initiate the refund on **/**/**** but that amount not reflected in my account. I already fill charge dispute and chargeback request but no response from idfc first bank. I complaint every platform. Pls help.
