My name is Pranav.
IDFC First Bank has put a "Total Freeze" on my Savings and its been a week and no information pertaining to the Total Freeze has been provided to me by the bank.
The branch has mailed their RCU department in mumbai but no luck. No help so far.
I have given a letter through email to manager and requesting them to remove the Freeze.
They are saying I will get a resolution soon but nothing is happening.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
