Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: The connection was temporary deactivated from July to January but they keep harassing me through call to reactivate my broadband connection, * to * times daily.
I raised a request to reactivate my account and to sift my connection in same building on **th of January and I recharge the account with *** then *** on **th January. The service resumed on **th January then they removed my access to my airtel broadband account and my internet service was stopped. I raised multiple complains to airtel to resume my service as there was balance left for around **days at the time of disconnection. But they haven't take any action till now. The customer care says the service will resume in * hours every time I call them but it's been * days and no action is taken by them.
It occurred on: **/**/****
Either they refund the amount or resume the service.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
