Y-Axis - Failed promise in job search service

I was being misguided by Y-Axis on acquiring a career opportunity abroad with their service and I have been misguided about the entire process. At the same, my job search case was transferred from one team member to another in Y-Axis with * result. In the recent, the senior team member has accused me that I am being desparate to search for job abroad, while they had provided confidence to take the right steps to help me acquire interviews from applications as well as reaching out to sponsered employers. They also said to me that their other clients had acquired career opportunity through sponsership and other ways through Y-Axis.. And complained that I am being desparate. I have lost *.* years along with my heard earned money spent with Y-Axis on job search. Kindly help me further on this as my complaint is genuine wiht availble genuine proofs of payments made to them till date. Thank You
