I booked * rooms with the oyo booking id QTKS**** on **th Feb **** at *:**pm , I had travelling with my family which includes childrens, ladies, and very senior citizen persons who cannot walk properly. When we reach the hotel the hotel said that no booking was received by them from oyo and told us to contact oyo for further clerification, when we called the oyo cutomer care they failed to provide any rooms to us at night **:** pm, now with ** family member i was helpless for * night stay then we settle another rooms for *****, and i already paid to oyo as an advance ****. Total lost is Rs.*****.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
