The damaged sofaset was delivered by Saraf Furniture. Now no one is listening in the furniture. They are not even accepting exchange or refund requests. My email has also been blocked by Saraf Furniture.Delivering Damaged and faulty Sofaset Delivered by them.i have been speaking and mailing them daily since ** Feb. Every time I am told that within **-** hours someone will visit.
issues
I have observed multiple issues with sofa. Polish finishing of *-seater sofa is not matched with *-Seater. Color is also not matched.
There is huge gap between hand rest and back rest.
Sizes are also not matched with mentioned sizes on website. Delivered sofas are * inches bigger.
upholstery is not even on both sofas.
Huge Cracks on Sofa Frame.
