We orderd a wodden trunkfrom saraf furniture in September,it was broken and we immediately mailed them with its picture at the exact time of unpacking it ...since then we have called them innumerable times and every time that are giving us a new date of replacement with different resons since September ****...it's been alredy * months now... neither they are replacing it nor giving us refund.
