Zapvi - Facing issues in Tracking the order

I ordered customised case for my honor *lite mobile *days back. I paid the amount ₹*** for that in online. After payment they gave me the order no. ******.. When i try to track my order it is not showing any status. After reading all the complaints over the website now I am trauma whether I will get my order or not....
